Hey all! I’m a busy Black woman therapist, on a mission to help “everybody Black” (shout out to Issa Rae). Yes, of course, one therapist can’t actually help everyone right? Therefore, I have chosen to focus on the center of it all … the Busy Black Woman who is new or newish to therapy or just new to protecting her mental health in general! If you know of, serve, coach, employ, (or are yourself) a busy Black woman who is great at making all the things happen, for everyone and everything, while their needs tend to stay last on the list, I’d love to connect 🙂
