Dispite being born and raised in the small town of Kalamazoo, Michigan; I have always had big goals. Goals to be great and become the best at whatever I set my sights on while helping as many people as I can along the way. Playing organized sports since the age of 9 taught me the importance of a team. We are better together. I have been weight training for 12 years and it is an obsession. At PLATE BOYS, LLC we help people (and couples) become the best version of themselves through commitment and accountability. Hard work is important, but means nothing if not practiced daily. God had blessed me to attain many accolades through faith and works; but they mean nothing if not used to help and encourage the next person. I look forward to helping you achieve YOUR goal.
