Healed Black Women (HBW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering mental health, self-awareness, and holistic well-being among Black women. We create supportive spaces for healing by providing structured programs, workshops, and community events that empower women to heal family wounds, build emotional resilience, and cultivate self-trust.
We achieve this by integrating trauma-informed education, social-emotional learning, and movement-based healing practices like yoga and mindfulness. Our work includes curriculum-based programs, guided discussions, journaling exercises, and creative expression activities to help women navigate their healing journey. Through advocacy, partnerships, and direct engagement, we transform individual lives—ultimately strengthening families and communities.
