Hello my name is Jamor James Sr. I have been working in mental health and Recovery for more than 15 years holding the titles of Certified Peer Support specialist, Certified Peer Recovery Coach, Team Lead, Case Manager and Therapist.
I bring a diverse and unique perspective to therapy through CBT, DBT, motivation interviewing, coaching, goal planning skill building, wellness recovery acton planning, Harm reduction, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and Parts Work.
